The first REACH implementation steps
Time spent in communicating between customer and supplier regarding REACH is only justifiable if standards are used. BrüggemannAlcohol has therefore decided to use forms drafted by BDI and CEFIC.
BrüggemannAlcohol products are summarised in the following groups (non denatured alcohols, denatured alcohols, specialities). On this right hand side of this Internet webpage there is a file with the following information for each of these groups or single products:
• Current planning concerning registration and preliminary registration
• Transitional deadlines according to the threshold quantity
Our most important goal is to supply our customers with high quality products. We want to remain true to this goal even under the new REACH regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) and after the expiry of the transitional deadlines. We assume that the current state of knowledge applies, that REACH will not lead to a reduction in our product portfolio.
