Zinc Oxide RAC (= "Rubber Active")

BrüggemannChemical produces active zinc oxide RAC especially for the rubber industry. Due to its properties and its cost/performance ratio it shows a strong growing market potential. Zinc Oxide RAC allows in rubber mixtures a reduction of the dosage level of up to 50% as compared to thermal zinc oxides. The produced goods keep the same physical properties or even turn out to be better. Besides zinc oxide RAC, BrüggemannChemical offers zinc oxide AC45 as a standard active zinc oxide and on request produces zinc oxide AC100 with a specific surface area of up to 100m²/g.

A constant investment into research and development and the early identification of market trends enabled BrüggemannChemical to launch a new product for the business unit zinc derivatives. Additional and superior types of the “RAC” family, Zinc Oxide RAC 25 and Zinc Oxide RAC CS1, have been developed based on multiple requests of customers which outperforms the standard Zinc Oxide RAC in terms of quality.
