With the change-over to a process-oriented, integrated management system “IMS” and the corresponding representation of the processes and their reciprocal effects, a major step has been made to establish process-results- oriented organisation in place of a functional, departmental structure.

The transparent representation of internal processes, simplification of the system documentation and target setting to meet the needs of external and internal customers enables us as a medium-sized company to meet the requirements of the marketplace, but also of our stakeholders, as they are known today and as they will evolve in future.
