We encourage young people’s interest in our various operations. We welcome them to join us for their vacation job, internship etc..
Students, who wish to gain first professional experience during their semester of practical training, may apply their knowledge and find out how theory and practice fit together.

Apprenticeships

With an above-average portion of apprentices we distinguish ourselves from the industry average every year. In order to become a skilled chemical worker, laboratory assistant or electronics engineer for technical equipment and installation we offer vocational training in an exciting and sustainable occupational field. In addition, we train industrial clerks and information technology clerks. Our competent and helpful employees are available at all times to assist them.

 

Dual Studies

We are committed to the dual study programmes of the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University. Working alternately on topical, practical issues and academic theory is an ideal preparation for a prospective qualified employee or executive. Both the graduate and the company profit from that. For the study courses below we have established a successful cooperation with the Universities of Cooperative Education:

• Bachelor of Arts in International Business Administration
• Bachelor of Arts in Safety, Health and Environment

Bachelor and Master Thesis

With the use of topical assignments in the corporate environment, we provide prospective graduates as well as doctoral candidates the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical application and to successfully build the bridge to the professional world. Each year we endeavour to offer several topics for the completion of an academic thesis.
