As producer of polymer additives, we at BrüggemannChemical are equipped with efficient pulverizers and mixing lines which we offer for customized requirements.

• lab-scale mill / mixer for production of samples and small quantities 
• two independent, computer-controlled mixing lines to avoid cross-contamination (mixing capacities from 50 kgs to 50 tons)
• conductive equipped raw material silos up to 3 m³
• automatic raw material weighing by formulation control
  (weigh allowance < 1% with scale sensitivity of approx. 50 gram)
• plough share mixer in stainless steel, suitable for dust explosive products
• subsequent manual or automatic filling (bags, drums, cartons, big bags, etc.)
• continuous process data monitoring from process control system
• substantial quality related analysis by our laboratory
