Quality Policy

• Long-term satisfaction of our customers is a top target for us. To this end we must guarantee on a continual basis the quality of our products, processes and accomplishments, environmental protection and safety.
• To assure attainment of our target we continually develop our integrated management system and adjust it for continually changing requirements. In addition we optimize our business processes and give them transparency.
• We all are responsible for the quality of our individual accomplishments. Through our involvement and intense team work we give life and effectiveness to our management system. To achieve our company policy, communication, training and further development play essential roles.
• Our integrated management system should assure that we meet the requirements of the quality directives DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and the environment management directives EN ISO 14001. The requirements of the safety management system per the accident avoidance ordinance and the initiative “responsible care” of the chemical industry are also taken under consideration. Based on our guiding principles we want to assure a standard that is not only guided by the legal stipulations.
• The principle “sustainable development” is firmly established in our thinking and activities. We are constantly expanding our knowledge on the possible risks and/or environmental hazards which may be posed by our existing and newly developed products. We use our findings as a basis for defining environment and safety measures.
• Through recurring setting, controlling and results analysis or quality-, environment and safety targets, we want to pursue permanent process improvement to secure the future of our production site and of our company.
