Drinking alcohol/foodstuffs

Drinking alcohol with a concentration of 96% is used in the spirits, foods and flavours industry. This substance is produced from sugar beet and sugar cane molasses, cereals (grain) or fruit.
The quality requirements of our customers are much more demanding than the values that can be measured in the analytical laboratory. There are sensory differences, which cannot be detected by even the most modern technology. In this case the human nose is superior to technology. For this reason, the quality control process is enhanced using a sensory evaluation panel/team.
